Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients' appointments. The full session fee will still apply.
A deposit may be required when booking to secure your appointment. The deposit amount varies by service and will be clearly displayed during the booking process. Your deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods. Deposits are processed securely through Stripe.
Your health and safety are our top priorities. Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or areas of concern before your session. Massage therapy may not be appropriate for certain medical conditions. We reserve the right to decline service if we believe it may not be safe.
